This is also an intuitive judgment method. Common in European non-stick cookware, the process cost is relatively high, the pot body is thick, the heating is uniform, and it will not be deformed. Generally, only large factories have the strength to manufacture and are mostly used for export.
Of course, the production process is only one aspect, and it cannot directly explain the quality of the cookware. The non-stick pan depends on the technical level of the coating and spray coating.
2. Non-stick pan coating.
Non-stick coatings currently on the market are mainly divided into fluorine-containing coatings and ceramic coatings.
At least 80% of the non-stick pan coatings on the market are fluorine-containing coatings, PTFE, or silicone resins, including the current medical stone non-stick pan, most of which are also such coatings, not stones. Of course, you don't need to worry about it being toxic, as long as it's a regular brand of fluorine-containing coating, it's harmless. For example, DuPont, Huafu and ilag are all good coating brands. As far as I know, woll and wmf are all coated. The use of fluorine-containing coating cannot exceed 260 degrees, which will destroy its stability. For normal cooking, there is no need to worry. If the food is 200 degrees, it will be burnt into coke long ago ~ ~
The other is ceramic coating, the use of nano-ceramic technology, by molecular tightness to achieve non-stick effect, does not contain PTFE PFOA, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high hardness, the disadvantage is not stick effect is not good, the continuity is not good.
